Nondisclosure agreement can be mutual or they are both restricted to use the materials provided, or it can happen that only one party is restricted to the use of the material. It can also happen that an employee may sign a NDA with an employer or company. In this agreement the employee will be restricted to disclose the company’s confidential information and secrets.
