My hourly rates as a contractor are negotiable and reasonable for the area I reside in. I am flexible to take into account whether it is W2 or 1099 basis, whether it includes any benefits, or relocation reimbursements. Free-lance work would be determined on a per-project basis. Full-time and salary jobs would be determined on a different scale than contracting. Also, there are very different rates for software work and technical writing than for administrative work. |
